The airport pickup was efficient. That was appreciated.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. It made it hard to sleep. I was also disappointed that half the floor was closed off with plastic sheeting. This was not a great look considering the price.

The breakfast offered hot oatmeal, eggs, meats, potatoes, and fruit. I found it excellent. the beds were comfortable. This helped me rest well before my flight. the airport transfers were quite helpful (saved me from an expensive taxi ride). i also appreciated the staff. They were friendly.
I noticed the shuttle arrival time at the airport wasn't entirely accurate. I waited a bit longer than expected.

The room included nice toiletries and towels. I found the room to be big, clean, and generally comfortable. the different colored towels were provided for the pool, a very clever touch (i wish more hotels did this).

A keurig machine with four cups was in the room. This allowed me to prepare coffee easily in the morning. even though the hotel lacks a restaurant, some food items are for sale. my room had a microwave and a mini fridge.

The staff accommodated an early check-in, for which i was grateful. online check-in was available. It sped up my arrival. shuttle drivers were good (a great benefit). the wake-up call was on time.

i bought food next to the front desk when i was hungry around 10pm. the staff checked other items in stock, that was nice. our room was quiet, and breakfast was good. it was a comfy.
the pool was closed for repair, so i couldn't use it. i needed a pool because i was traveling with family.
